  • Eberle Studios is looking for a part-time photographer and videographer, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time employee. The position requires weekly work in the field shooting portraits and capturing video content, along with work in the studio and/or remotely editing photos and video. Individuals with an interest in developing their skills in multimedia should apply, as there are opportunities for hybrid roles. Competitive pay, based on strength of portfolio and applicant skill set. Bonuses are available. 

    Position Duties:

    • Shoot video and still photography in the field, including video interviews, this can be done solo or with another photographer.

    • Gather and organize raw and edited videos into files according to scripts, storyboards, or instructions for client projects. 

    • Review all video and photography for accuracy and quality standards.

    • Have the ability to operate equipment in the field and problem-solve technical issues when they arise.

    • Determine the specific audio and visuals necessary to complete projects. 

    • Confers with other personnel to discuss assignments. 

    • Must have strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to handle multiple assignments under deadline. 

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Hybrid role would include shooting video, and still photos, archiving, editing photos, editing video, and providing clear, engaging visually interesting, and technically sound content for clientele. 

    Requirements & Skills:

    • High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

    • Minimum two years experience operating video, photo, and editing equipment. 

    • The ability to shoot video and photography in Manual.

    • Proficiency with video and photography editing software, Adobe Photoshop, and Davinci Resolve is a plus. 

    • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

    • Must be willing to travel. 

    Training/Equipment: 

    • Training will be provided on specific camera and lighting equipment. 

    • Ability to operate Eberle Studio's computer systems, editing software, and camera equipment.

    • Provide a resume, video reel, and photography portfolio when applying. 

     Work Environment/Mental/Physical Requirments:

    • Stressful environment at times on location with deadline pressures.

    • Travel within the local North Central Kansas region will be required regularly.

    • The position requires the transport of equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. 

    • The position sometimes requires work in extreme outdoor temperatures. 

    • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
